Visa applications can be submitted online at https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/index.html 
After submission online, please send scanned copy of applications to us on cons.havana
mea.gov.in or hoc.havanamea.gov.in . Passports, after completion of the service requested, can be collected on the date and time indicated by the Consular Officer.
Fees for visa/passport service are accepted at the Embassy (while applying directly) in cash (in CUP) only. As far as possible, exact amount may be tendered at the time of paying.
